Yes. All our instructors and dive masters are certified by recognized international diving agencies (like PADI or SSI). They have extensive experience and are trained in first aid and rescue diving.

The minimum age for Discover Scuba Diving is usually 10 years (with parental consent).
For full certification courses, minimum age may vary depending on the agency and course type.
Absolutely. All beginner dives are conducted under strict supervision, in controlled environments, and with full safety gear.
You’ll receive a detailed briefing and practice session before entering open water.
Basic swimming skills are helpful but not mandatory for beginner-level dives (like Discover Scuba Diving).
For certification courses, you should be able to float/tread water and swim a short distance (around 200 meters).

Our standard dive package includes:
- Full scuba gear (mask, fins, regulator, BCD, tank, wetsuit)
- Dive boat and site transfer

Drinking water / light refreshments
Some packages also include photos/videos and transportation — check before booking.

Safety is our top priority.
If the weather conditions make diving unsafe, we will reschedule your dive or provide an appropriate refund/credit as per our policy.

Our instructors are trained to help first-time divers relax and build confidence. You’ll have time to get comfortable in shallow water before going deeper.
You can wear soft contact lenses underwater.
Alternatively, we can provide prescription dive masks (subject to availability).
A typical beginner dive lasts 25–45 minutes underwater, depending on your comfort and air consumption.
Including briefing, gear-up, and travel time, the entire session takes 2–3 hours.
Depending on your dive site, you may see:
- Angelfish, butterflyfish, clownfish
- Groupers, lionfish, moray eels
- Rays, turtles, and sometimes small reef sharks
- Colorful coral reefs and underwater flora
Every dive site has a unique ecosystem!
When done under trained supervision and with proper equipment — no, it’s not dangerous.
We follow strict safety protocols, maintain equipment regularly, and dive only in suitable conditions.
Avoid alcohol or heavy meals before diving.
Get enough rest, stay hydrated, and listen carefully during the pre-dive briefing.

Certain conditions like asthma, heart disease, or recent surgery may require a doctor’s clearance before diving.
Yes — depending on your package and location, we can arrange transportation from your accommodation to the dive center or boat jetty.
Yes! You can bring your GoPro or rent a professional underwater photography service.
Some packages already include complimentary photos/videos.
Yes — we organize custom dive events for groups, colleges, and corporate teams.
Special discounts apply for bulk bookings and repeat customers.

Full payment is usually required before your dive session.
Refunds depend on the timing of cancellation:
- More than 72 hours before dive – Full refund (less processing fees)
- 24–72 hours before dive – Partial refund
Less than 24 hours or no-show – No refund
Cancellations due to weather/safety are rescheduled or refunded in full.
Yes — we offer PADI and SSI certification courses, including:
- Open Water Diver
- Advanced Open Water Diver
- Rescue Diver
- Dive Master
Courses include theory, confined water practice, and open-water sessions.
Of course! Non-divers can join the boat ride, enjoy snorkeling, or relax on the beach while you dive.
Some of our packages are designed for mixed groups (divers + non-divers).
