To whomsoever it may concern,
1. Operator-Initiated Cancellations
In case of cancellations due to unfavorable weather, naval exercises, or any act of God, guests will receive a full refund.
2. Client-Initiated Cancellations
Cancellations made by the client are non-refundable. However, rescheduling may be accommodated in genuine emergencies, subject to availability.
3. Payment Terms
Payments are accepted in cash only/ UPI or card payments are available at this time.
4. Weather-Related Rescheduling
If weather conditions prevent diving, guests may postpone their dive to any future date of their convenience.

Late Arrivals: Bookings will be cancelled automatically, and no refund will be provided.
